Resolution Support: We offer advisory support to lender groups, bondholders, and other investors and help them evaluate the challenges faced when borrowers face difficulties in servicing their commitments.  We help our clients understand the causes of the borrower's problems and support clients in the negotiation of the financial restructuring agreement. During this process, we also help coordination within the client group and also between them and various other stakeholders. 

 

Performance Monitoring: We also offer services to lender groups which include implementation and tracking of actual or potential covenant breaches. 

 

Process Advisory: We also help lender groups to put together and implement a strategy to enforce creditors’ legal rights. We also manage the entire recovery and enforcement process as agreed to ensure timely realizations at the right valuations.
